A Place Of Sacrifice

Some of you may be confused on what kind of website this is. The truth is that that this is a website of two aesthetics.

When creating this website I had the idea of weirdcore in mind, unfortunately retro enthusiast me decided to go full on old net! So this is also a webcore site I guess.

For now this is my main website but when I finish the web portal site this will not be a main website anymore.

Now there are probably some of you wondering, "What is weirdcore and webcore?" Well in very simple terms...

Webcore is an aesthetic based off the old web, the old web is a period during 1990s to early 2010s. So this includes gifs, button link things, and simple css!

Weirdcore is an aesthetic which is commonly mixed up with dreamcore, but they are two completely different aesthetics.

Weirdcore is a surrealist aesthetic centered around amateur or low-quality photography and/or visual images that have been constructed or edited to convey feelings of confusion, disorientation, dread, alienation, and nostalgia or anemoia.

Weirdcore is an aesthetic that often uses low-quality photography and low-quality images or effects to create an image. This imagine is often made in a way to give off feelings of confusion, dread, nostalgia, happiness, or helplessness.

Today I added a lot of updates to the website!

First update was adding a link bar to the top

Then I created multiple pages for each link and worked on all of those.

Finally I cleaned up the homepage and wrote this entry.

I added a Diary div thing onto "A Place Of Sacrifice". I also added a guestbook that people could sign :D

Also to anyone who is reading this, please reply to me in the guestbook if you would like to see an interactable Tomodachi. I've explained why I'm unsure to add this feature in the guestbook.

I'll add a favicon and some embed code and then take a rest.
